Compensation Base Hourly Rate: $24.86 Bonus (Commission): Capped at $1300 per month Location: Hybrid – Atlanta (ATL), 2–3 days onsite weekly Collaboration: Regular coaching, team syncs, and virtual meetings Key Responsibilities Execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social) using tools like Connect & Sell and manual dialing Intent-based outreach Inbound follow-ups Useintent signals, ICP fit, and engagement data to prioritize outreach Leverage AI tools, research, and dynamic messaging to personalize outreach Marketing Ecommerce Data & attribution Identify customer pain points in: Qualification & Handoff Qualify leads using defined criteria Guide prospects toward next steps with Account Executives Maintain detailed notes and data hygiene in Salesforce and Outreach Performance & Optimization Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity + SQL targets Continuously improve: Messaging and tone Call strategy Interview Process Structured Interview (25–35 min): Behavioral & situational Live Call Simulation (10–15 min): Outbound scenario Q&A (5 min) Top 3 Skills Coachability and growth mindset Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback Prior experience in sales or outbound prospecting Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable using tools like: Connect & Sell ZoomInfo Resilience and motivation in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Curiosity to understand customer marketing workflows Preferred Experience Background in B2B sales, SaaS, or marketing technology Experience with high-volume calling environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
