We are seeking a Director, Applications & Data Solutions to establish enterprise data discipline, strengthen business application governance, and build scalable reporting standards across a multi‑site manufacturing organization. This role combines strategic ownership with hands‑on execution. Define integration patterns between ERP, CRM, quality systems, and reporting platforms

Ensure cross‑system data flows are reliable and understandable

Balance near‑term execution with long‑term scalability

Building Standards & Future Capability

Introduce disciplined operating mechanics for data governance and application ownership

Establish documentation and accountability processes where informal practices exist

Operate initially as a high‑leveraged individual contributor

Over time, help shape the structure of a small supporting team as maturity increases

Operating Model & Authority

CRM implemented with disciplined data structures

Documented governance processes for applications and reporting

A roadmap defined for future execution capacity and scalability

Organizational Relationships: The position reports directly to the Vice President of IT and AI Enablement and operates as a peer to ERP and Infrastructure/Cybersecurity leadership.

Experience and/or Educational Requirements

Experience leading applications, data, or analytics initiatives in a mid‑sized organization

Demonstrated success building standards where ambiguity existed

Experience selecting and implementing business systems (e.g., CRM)

Strong understanding of enterprise reporting and data governance principles

Comfortable operating hands‑on while thinking architecturally

Experience working with external partners or consultants

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business leaders

Familiarity with Microsoft‑based business platforms and reporting tools

Awareness of automation and emerging AI capabilities as practical business enablers

Physical Requirements Must be able to work and perform what would be considered standard practices for this type of position in the industry.

Salary range $160,000-$200,000 annually.
