Sr Credit Officer

JCW is partnered with a community bank who are looking for a senior credit/risk officer to oversee and lead their commercial credit function. Working directly under the CEO, the role will play a key role in driving the credit culture, develop and maintain risk structures and managament, and oversee their portfolio ensuring policies and procedures are maintained and adhere to regulatory guidelines. Must have skills: Strong experience within commercial credit (C&I, and CRE) Experience within credit risk and portfolio management. Exposure to nCino 10+ years within commercial banking. Ideally at a community bank of less than $5bn.
