Division Director of Finance-Greenwood Village – Onsite
We are recruiting the following role for our PE backed client:
The ideal candidate will have experience/attributes in the following areas.
Has served in a
Divisional Finance Director / Finance Business Partner type role Has owned the entire divisional P&L Has experience
partnering closely with operations Ensures business leaders have
clear financial data to run the business Has a
service-oriented mindset toward operations Is comfortable acting as the
main financial contact for the division Operational finance experience . Technical / Functional Requirements Strong
FP&A experience required , with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically. Willingness to
roll up sleeves and work hands-on Comfortable working in a
build-stage finance environment Implementing
Microsoft Business Central 365 Building out
financial reporting Defining
KPIs and operational metrics Work closely with
accounting and operations Ensure
detailed financial drivers and trends are accurate BS in Finance or related, MBA in Finance preferred 10-15 years of progressive finance experience with an emphasis on operational finance
