Multi-Line Representative

who thrives in a high-activity, results-focused sales environment. This role is ideal for a competitive, goal-oriented professional who enjoys outbound activity, converting leads, and building a strong personal book of business.

This is a

front-line, sales-first role —not a management position. Success is measured by effort, consistency, and production.

This position requires Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Candidates who are not yet licensed may be considered, with full support provided to obtain licensing quickly.

Role Overview

As a Multi-Line Representative, your primary focus is

new business production . You’ll engage prospects, uncover needs, and present tailored insurance solutions that drive revenue and long-term client relationships. This is a hands-on role built for individuals motivated by performance and earning potential.

What You’ll Do

Generate new business through consistent outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead engagement Quote and present insurance solutions tailored to client needs Convert both warm and cold leads into bound policies Build, manage, and maintain a steady personal sales pipeline Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple product lines Develop strong client relationships that lead to retention and referrals Track activity, pipeline, and results to meet or exceed performance goals

What We’re Looking For

A strong sales-first mindset with a drive to hit and exceed targets Confident communicator with proven closing and objection-handling skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Prior experience in sales or insurance preferred Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain quickly with agency support Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable
