Core Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Build genuine connections with fans to exceed sales and KPI goals.
Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards.
Mentor and support new team members; demonstrate leadership potential.
Conduct store functions across cross‑trained roles.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
At least 1 year experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to charm and connect.
18 years of age or older; proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible schedule: nights, weekends, holidays; availability of at least 20 hours/week.
Physical ability to stand extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
Dependability in peak hours/shifts.
