Join the Part‑Time Core Sales Associate team to deliver a world‑class customer experience and surpass sales goals. As a brand ambassador you will support the store, engage fans, and drive sales through excellent product knowledge.

Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations, building brand loyalty.
Foster lasting connections beyond transactions, engaging and cultivating loyal fans.
Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring smooth, on‑brand operations.
Consistently deliver on KPIs, stay cross‑trained across store functions, and mentor new team members.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Results‑oriented seller with at least 1 year experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating care.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, holidays; ability to stand extended periods, lift >50 lbs, and arrive on time.
Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week; up to 12 hours base weeks, increasing to 21 during peak weeks (not >30 total).
Assessment Completion of a skill assessment will be emailed upon submission of the application.
