Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for potential new business. Requirements: Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills) Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful Excellent communication skills, assertive, able to provide a first-rate customer experience Must pass state licensing requirements Flexible schedule Reliable transportation Education/Training/Experience: High School Diploma Previous customer service experience helpful Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide professional, courteous service to customers Answer questions regarding policies Accept payments and process transactions Identify customer needs regarding their policies Follow up on quotes, renewals, cancellations Assist with marketing initiatives for new business Maintain a clean work area Handle FNOLs (vehicle inspections), including taking vehicle pictures Bank deposits Position is full-time Other duties as assigned Additional Details:
