Computer literate with basic to intermediate skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful Excellent communication skills, assertive, and able to provide a first-rate customer experience Must pass state licensing requirements Flexible schedule Reliable transportation **Education/Training/Experience:** High School Diploma; previous customer service experience is helpful. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
Provide professional, courteous service to customers Answer questions regarding policies Accept payments and process transactions Identify customer needs regarding their policies Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations Participate in marketing initiatives for new business Maintain a neat work area and office Perform FNOLs (vehicle inspections) Take vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required) Handle bank deposits This is a full-time position Other duties as assigned Seniority level
