What you’ll be doing:
Creating an amazing first impression for members and guests
Building relationships while driving membership sales and engagement
Answering phones, booking classes, and assisting with guest visits
Supporting members with questions, problem-solving, and account management
Keeping our studio fun, welcoming, and sparkling clean
Working as part of a dynamic, supportive, and motivated team
What we’re looking for:
Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality
Reliable, dependable, and accountable—our team counts on each other!
Strong communication and people skills
Detail-oriented and organized, even in a busy environment
Team player with a strong work ethic
Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train you!)
