Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests by helping them book workouts.
Educate guests on our services and programs to help them achieve their best results.
Lead studio preview tours with new guests and fitness program members.
Conduct telephone inquiries, follow‑up calls and customer care calls.
Attend community events and outreach activities to build the Orangetheory brand.
Take a proactive approach to achieving daily, weekly, monthly sales and performance goals.
Maintain a professional and impeccably clean studio for guests and team members.
Qualifications
Passion for health and fitness.
Friendly, outgoing, personable with a big smile and great attitude.
Sincere communicator, team player, cares about others.
Growth‑mindset and open to learning.
Attention to detail; follows proven systems and policies.
Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Reliable transportation; own vehicle.
Pay and Benefits
$15.00/hr plus commission.
