Overview As a Flexible Sales Associate, you’ll deliver world‑class fan experiences, surpass sales goals, and find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans during peak hours. Your passion for product knowledge will inspire customers to style their jewelry and create lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
Deliver world‑class fan experiences and surpass sales goals.
Engage and attract fans during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches).
Share product knowledge and inspire fans to style their jewelry.
Create unforgettable shopping moments and build brand loyalty.
Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards.
Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Results‑oriented seller with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; availability for high‑traffic periods.
Reliable support and ability to step in during high‑traffic times or special events.
Demonstrate passion for brand and ability to engage all audiences.
