Sales Associate – Retail Jewelry
Helzberg Diamonds is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Tanger Fort Worth Outlets location. The successful candidate will consistently achieve individual sales goals while providing superior customer service, supporting the store’s sales and profit objectives. Key Responsibilities
Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals. Provide features and benefits of extended warranties to increase sales. Create business through various methods of clienteling. Deliver a compelling sales presentation based on our sales training. Work as a team in sales presentations to overcome customer objections and close additional sales. Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every Helzberg Diamonds guest. Participate in all areas of store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance. Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in a sales or jewelry retail environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Proven history of selling in a commission environment. Superior communication skills. High internal motivation. Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities. One to three years of jewelry retail experience. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Position Details
