Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, courteous service.
Prepare and serve food items according to 7‑Eleven food safety and quality standards (hot foods, roller grill items, bakery, beverages).
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, warmers, grills, and beverage machines.
Maintain clean and organized food prep areas, dining areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
Stock food ingredients, supplies, and packaging; rotate product using FIFO guidelines.
Monitor food temperatures, freshness, and expiration dates; discard unsafe or expired items.
Accurately operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system for food and beverage transactions.
Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments following company cash‑handling procedures.
Respond to customer questions, special requests, and concerns professionally.
Complete opening, mid‑shift, and closing duties as assigned.
Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries.
Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and local health regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
This role requires standing for extended periods, multitasking in a fast‑paced environment, and maintaining a strong focus on cleanliness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
