Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide excellent customer service. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash, credit, and mobile transactions. Handle cash responsibly, including counting drawers and following cash-handling procedures. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; rotate product using FIFO standards. Maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, restrooms, beverage station, and parking lot. Prepare food and beverages following 7-Eleven food safety and quality standards. Monitor product freshness, dates, and inventory levels; remove expired or damaged items. Assist customers with product selection, promotions, and store services. Follow all safety, security, and loss prevention policies. Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned. Receive and put away deliveries accurately and efficiently. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or suspicious activity to management. Work as part of a team to meet store goals for sales, food service, and customer satisfaction. Comply with company policies, local laws, and health regulations. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering a consistent customer experience.
