Sales Representative
Established in 2013, Fort Myers Brewing Co is Southwest Florida’s first and largest craft brewery & original food truck park. Our beers and seltzers have earned 65 medals at the World Beer Cup, Great American Beer Festival, U.S. Beer & Seltzer Opens, and Best of Florida Beer Competition- including Best Large Brewery in Florida (2016 &2024). Responsibilities
Pursue new opportunities for distribution within assigned territory
Maintain and grow relationships with retail partners
Meet monthly goals and company objectives in sales and account management
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to expand Fort Myers Brewing
Grow brand presence within existing accounts to achieve sales goals
Promote our beers through sampling and educational events
Problem solve and maintain quality control in the market with all Fort Myers Brewing Products
Hosting/Participating in weekly events such as: beer dinners, beer festivals, tap take-overs, various promotions, and other events as needed.
Creating plans of action to execute success in the market and using sales logs to follow up successfully with all business contacts.
Building relationships with our distributor sales reps and managers in the market, and helping them regarding Fort Myers Brewing Products
Qualifications
Must be 21 years or older
Well educated in beer styles, descriptions and the brewing process.
Solid experience with on-premise and off-premise alcohol sales
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a registered and insured vehicle
1-3 years demonstrated Sales experience in premium and/or craft beer markets
Previous on-premise, distributor or retail sales experience is REQUIRED
Climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display POS material and products
Ability to frequently stand/walk and lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and its applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, etc..)
Consistency with using Sales and CRM software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Extraordinary Time Management and Organizational skills
Job Type Full-time - Flexible day and night hours
Compensation $45-55k + bonus
