Description
We are looking for a Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Pay ranges from $15.25 to $18.00 per hour, plus an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $1.00 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

Position Summary We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both lending and retail sides of the business. They greet, engage, and assist customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions. Associates work with jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).
Responsibilities of a Full‑Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate
Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Handles all cash and negotiable items following company policies and regulatory requirements.
Answers incoming calls per company standards.
Effectively communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect.
Partners with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
Successfully completes assigned training.
Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Willing and able to perform duties requiring standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting for extended periods.
Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
May be asked to assist customers outside the building or retrieve products from external storage.
Minimum age 18 years.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Strong desire to work with people and be team‑oriented.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient in basic math calculations.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
Must work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
