Position Entry-Level Toyota Parts Counter Person
Duties
Engaging with customers who might think a 'muffler' is what you use to quiet down your in-laws at Thanksgiving.
Ensuring parts orders are as accurate as a Toyota's odometer.
Assisting mechanics in finding parts faster than they can say, "We need a new catalytic converter."
Requirements
A genuine love for all things automotive, especially Toyota (if you dream in Toyota, even better).
Basic knowledge of car parts (we'll teach you the rest, don't worry if you can't tell a Prius from a Corolla... yet).
Fantastic customer service skills. If you can explain why a car needs a new timing belt with the charm of a seasoned comedian, you're our person.
Must have a positive personality. (This one's non-negotiable, sorry.)
Bonus Points
If you've ever rebuilt an engine in your backyard.
If you can name all the Toyota models currently in production without looking it up.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Identify and fulfill customer's automotive parts needs
Maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overages
Use computer systems to accurately track and record sales and inventory levels
Assist with special orders and back orders as needed
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Keep the parts department clean and organized
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in automotive parts sales preferred but not required
Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Excellent customer service skills and personality
Strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Must have a valid driver's license
