Sales Associate – Role Overview As a Sales Associate at Topdrawer, you are the face of our brand—welcoming customers, sharing product stories, and helping people find tools that inspire creativity and intentional living. You create an inviting, thoughtful experience through exceptional service, deep product knowledge, and a genuine passion for design. Whether guiding someone through our notebook collection or helping them discover a new creative ritual, you bring Topdrawer’s philosophy of quiet design to life.
Key Responsibilities – Customer Experience & Community
Deliver a warm, educational, and personalized customer experience
Share product stories and rituals that reflect Topdrawer’s values
Foster a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers and teammates
Team Support
Collaborate with peers and leadership to create a high‑performing team culture
Support onboarding of new hires by modeling service standards
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace
Store Operations & Merchandising
Assist with day‑to‑day operations including restocking, visual displays, and store upkeep
Present merchandise in a way that highlights craftsmanship and design
Support product launches and seasonal refreshes
Sales & Business Support
Meet or exceed personal and store‑level sales goals
Stay informed on product knowledge and promotions
Uphold standards in service, presentation, and accuracy at the point of sale
