The Opportunity As a Tasting Room Sales Representative, you are both host and closer. You create memorable wine experiences while driving meaningful sales. You will introduce guests to our wines, build lasting relationships, and inspire Wine Club membership through genuine connection and trust.

You’ll join a team that blends long‑tenured excellence with fresh, passionate energy—where high standards, collaboration, and a love of wine define the culture. We hustle, we support one another, and we celebrate success together. Opportunities available for full‑time and part‑time. Weekends are mandatory.

What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging, sales‑focused wine tastings that educate, entertain, and convert

Build rapport quickly and tailor each experience to the guest

Guide guests toward purchases and Wine Club membership with confidence and integrity

Communicate clearly and authentically in a fast‑paced environment

Represent the winery at on‑site and occasional off‑site events

Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked tasting space

Support opening and closing procedures

Participate in ongoing wine education and sales training

Contribute to member events and winery experiences

What You Bring

Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals

High integrity and a strong sense of personal accountability

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of guests

Passion for wine, food, and hospitality

Ability to read guests and adapt your approach in real time

Experience in retail or hospitality sales. Wine experience is a plus

A team‑first mindset with a willingness to jump in and support others

Energy, stamina, and a positive, driven attitude

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Ability to stand and work in indoor and outdoor environments for extended periods

Availability for weekends, holidays, and evening events

Flexible schedule. Part‑time and full‑time roles available

English proficiency required. Additional languages are a plus

Wine certifications are welcomed but not required

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage, a bonus on Wine Club signups and a bonus on wine sales upon successful completion of wine and winery knowledge exam.

Full‑time employees eligible for benefits including medical, dental and vision after an introductory period as well as 401K and paid vacation after 1 year
