As a Sales Lead, fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting Managers and Sales Associates to drive store success. Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers. Embrace a passionate store culture, acting as a strong brand ambassador and delivering outstanding product knowledge to create unforgettable shopping moments. Drive results beyond KPIs, setting and achieving new records while fostering accountability for store performance. Foster lasting customer relationships beyond transactions and coach the sales team with real-time feedback to empower achievement of KPI goals. Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment with a results-oriented mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a genuine care for customers and colleagues. Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience with confidence. Analytical thinking and business acumen to deliver positive results; proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale systems. Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities and delegate tasks as needed. At least 18 years old with the ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds. Benefits
