
Winery Tasting Room & Sales Associate

Clearwater Canyon Cellars
is seeking a motivated, hospitality‑driven team member to join our small but dynamic winery team.
We’ve been crafting wines for 22 years and are passionate about expanding the understanding and appreciation of wine production — from vineyard to glass. This position is ideal for someone who loves connecting with guests, enjoys sales, and wants hands‑on involvement in all aspects of winery operations.
This is more than a tasting room position — it’s an opportunity to be immersed in the full winery experience.
Schedule Full‑time, Tue.–Sat., 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (occasional extended hours for special events)
Core Responsibilities
Host engaging wine tastings and drive bottle and wine club sales
Process transactions and manage POS accurately
Maintain tasting room with daily activities of opening and closing tasting room
Grow and maintain relationships with local wholesale accounts
Perform wine deliveries to wholesale accounts within local area
Assist with off‑site community events
Answer phone calls and email communication
Assist with harvest, bottling, and winery events
Qualifications
Applicants MUST be 21+ years old
Confidence and aptitude to learn new computer programs
General wine knowledge preferred with an eagerness to learn more
Comfortable with sales and relationship‑building
Self‑motivated and able to work independently
Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (harvest, bottling, event setup, lifting 50lbs/case of wine, standing for long periods)
Available to work weekends, including evenings and the occasional Sundays
Compensation and Benefits
Starting at $20 /hour
