Job Overview At Bone Dry Roofing, our
Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator
will play a pivotal role in combining analytical skills with sales expertise to estimate project costs, prepare compelling proposals, and close deals with our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to represent Bone Dry with the utmost professionalism and care while driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions.
Duties And Responsibilities
Perform necessary repairs for commercial properties as described in the scope of work
Be the main point of contact for the commercial business customer during the project
Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects
Communicate with customers before, during, and after projects
Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation
Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete
Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etc
Follow all safety procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check
2+ years of commercial roofing repair and service experience
Must be able to climb ladder safely, access various roof types (flat, low-slope, steep/inclined), and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Military service is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$18- $30 hourly range commensurate with experience and commission options available
