Business Development Center (BDC) Representative
to join our team! If you’re great on the phone, love helping customers, and want to build a career in the automotive industry, this is your opportunity!
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and internet leads
Set and confirm sales and service appointments
Follow up with customers in a professional, friendly manner
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
Be the first point of contact that creates an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
