Full-Time Retail Sales Associate
$10.00 to $14.00 per hour
We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process!
Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $3.09 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

Position Summary We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers, processing sales, loans and other transactions. The associate works with jewelry, general merchandise, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations) and more.
The Full‑Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate position offers an hourly wage; employees also earn commission based on productivity. Pay will be based on work location, qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Performs non‑management opening/closing procedures.
Maintains the sales floor, stocking and displays merchandise.
Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
Handles all cash and negotiable items in compliance with policies and regulations.
Answers incoming calls per company standards.
Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect.
Partners with employees to create a positive customer experience.
Successfully completes assigned training.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, etc.).
Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
May assist customers exterior of the building and retrieve products from storage.
Minimum age 18 years old.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
Strong desire to work, serve customers and be team‑oriented.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient basic math calculations.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Must be able to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and office machines.
