Position Summary The Sales Associate (SA) at Orangetheory Fitness is responsible for driving membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming, high-energy studio environment. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and passionate about fitness and community.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new membership sales through leads, referrals, and in-studio interactions
Conduct studio tours and effectively communicate the Orangetheory workout and value
Follow up with prospects via calls, texts, and emails to convert leads into members
Build and maintain relationships with current members to drive retention and referrals
Assist with daily studio operations including check-in, class scheduling, and retail sales
Maintain accurate member accounts and notes in the CRM system
Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach efforts
Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High energy, positive attitude, and passion for fitness
Comfortable with outreach (calls/texts) and closing sales
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Preferred Experience
Previous sales or customer service experience
Experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries
Familiarity with CRM or membership-based sales
