Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older Agriculture background Product knowledge – Live plants Willing to work outside for extended time periods Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time Committed to excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction Must be able to work flexible schedules – days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends) Responsibilities:
Freight handling / merchandising indoors and outdoors / signage with plant information Support bulk order preparation Maintain the nursery area (varying weather conditions) Basic gardening tasks (watering, weeding, fertilizing, and repotting as needed) Stocking with new plants / rotating inventory / checking for damaged or unhealthy plants Handling phone calls Assisting customers with product selection and load‑outs *Pre‑employment drug screen required Compensation & Benefits:
