Overview A highly motivated and analytical Strategy Consulting Manager is sought to support cross-border business initiatives between Japan and North America. This role involves working closely with executive-level clients across various industries to deliver data-driven strategic recommendations.
This position offers strong career growth opportunities within a newly established U.S. consulting team, along with exposure to global markets including North America, Europe, and APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution and manage consulting teams
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry/regulatory research
Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis and business insights
Manage client relationships and present findings to executive stakeholders
Prepare client deliverables, primarily using PowerPoint
Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions
Mentor and support junior team members
Qualifications (5+ years acceptable for candidates from consulting firms)
7–10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and logically
Experience working with executive-level stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn
