KEY HOLDER DUTIES
Foster a strong service and selling culture to build lasting customer relationships.
Become an expert in our product categories, sharing knowledge about features and benefits with customers.
Achieve goals such as units per transaction (UPT), average dollar per transaction (ADT), item add-ons, and customer information capture rates.
Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements.
Maintain company merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display maintenance, and store cleanliness.
Support merchandise processing, floor stock monitoring, and replenishment.
Ensure all sales transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash and media accountabilities at the POS registers.
Actively pursue opportunities to develop skills and enhance performance metrics by collaborating with the store leadership team.
Complete all opening and closing procedures according to company standards and adhere to Time and Attendance policies.
Follow all local, federal, and state laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Exhibit high-quality standards in work, attendance, and appearance.
