two leadership roles (Manager & Director level)
to lead IT & OT software application teams within a
manufacturing environment . This position will oversee development teams, enterprise applications, and data platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals while driving innovation, efficiency, and scalability. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with a clear path to
succession into senior IT leadership
within the organization. Responsibilities
Lead and manage teams of
developers, data scientists, analysts, and product owners
(15–25+ team size) Oversee development and support of
ERP systems, custom applications, and data platforms Drive delivery using
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence Collaborate with IT, OT, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions Establish and track
KPIs/OKRs
to measure team performance and system effectiveness Ensure implementation of
secure coding practices, compliance standards, and data governance policies Support system operations, troubleshooting, and end-user enablement initiatives Lead initiatives around
analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision making Stay updated with emerging technologies and introduce innovation across enterprise systems Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
10-12 years of experience in
software development or application management 3–5 years of experience managing teams of
15–25+ IT professionals Experience working within a
manufacturing environment (MANDATORY) Hands-on experience with
ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) Proven experience leading
data science teams (analytics, ML, data governance) Strong knowledge of
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Experience implementing
secure coding and compliance practices Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred Skills
Experience with
DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks Exposure to
AI-driven development tools and modern enterprise architecture Strong understanding of
data platforms and advanced analytics ecosystems Experience driving digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing environments What Makes You a Fit
