Position: Full-Time Sales Associate: Jewelry & Timepiece Divisions. This full-time position is located at Eiseman Jewels, NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas. The candidate will be expected to work on-site during normal business hours and occasional night events. Responsibilities
Expertise in jewelry – the ability to communicate effectively concerning metals, precious stones, jewelry trends, the value of each brand, and the history of brands we carry
This is not a transactional sales position - we want highly skilled stylists and advisors to our clientele, who know how to read and connect with clients' style and vision
Expertise in timepieces – the ability to communicate effectively concerning complications, timepiece trends, the value of each brand, and the history of brands we carry
Ability to close jewelry and timepiece sales based on experience, product knowledge, charisma, and overall salesmanship abilities
Understand the flow of inventory, attractively merchandising the cases, and keeping the cases looking clean, attractive, and approachable to clients
Organizational skills – keep the store and products in presentable condition, stay up to date with clients’ special occasions and needs, make effective plans, and execute them to achieve success
Strategic approach to clienteling, creating memorable experiences, and growing relationships with clients
Attention to detail concerning custom work and repairs to ensure successful planning, follow-through, and execution of repair work
Dynamic and able to assist as needed for the business no matter how big or small the task you are requested to assist with
Takes initiative to try new things and create opportunities for the company to capitalize
Be aware of industry trends, the social media presence of brands, and trends in both the jewelry and timepiece brands we carry
Run your book of business effectively and as if it was your company - this role requires an entrepreneurial approach to client relationships and sales. The expectation is to achieve or exceed $2,000,000 in total sales during your first year through exceptional client service, product expertise, and strategic clienteling.

Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of previous luxury jewelry sales experience
Great people skills and always has a smile, cheerful, and positive attitude
Acute attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a sense of urgency throughout the day
Work schedule includes: five days a week with daily hours of 9:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. to include Saturdays and additional hours during events as needed (Sundays rarely)
Effectively communicate with clients and co-workers through face-to-face conversation, phone calls, and email
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent listening and observation skills
Autonomous, logical, self-starter
Adhere to the company dress code and additional company policies and procedures
Cooperative and open-minded to new ideas and change
Ability to identify the needs of the store and adapt to a variety of situations and personalities
Lift 30 pounds
Ability to stand on the sales floor for long periods throughout the day
