Overview
Are you excited to deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages? Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
Greet every guest, perform all cash register functions, and maintain a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner (80%).
Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and implementing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, follow safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortages (10%).
Qualifications
Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Process information/merchandise through the register system.
Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business dictates.
Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
Physical requirements: constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; vision includes close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus; ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
Availability to work up to 20 hours per week (availability requested, not guaranteed).
Compensation & Benefits The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.30 to $18.30, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational factors. Comprehensive remuneration details, including benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
