Job Summary : Join the LEGO Brand Retail Team to deliver inspirational retail experiences that build on LEGO® Brand values. As a Brick Specialist, you will provide a signature experience for every guest, manage store operations, and support the visual and safety standards of our LEGO® stores.
Responsibilities
Perform all cash register functions and greet every guest, displaying a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner (80%).
Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment through daily cleaning and display upkeep, meeting LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
Operate the store stockroom safely and efficiently, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, and notify management of potential shortages (10%).
Qualifications
Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Process information/merchandise through the register system.
Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
Access all store areas including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
Physical capability to stand, move, lift (up to 30 lbs.), and perform tasks involving stooping, kneeling, and ladder climbing for at least two consecutive hours.
Provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week (not guaranteed schedule).
