
Revenue Cloud Solution Architect

Position Overview:
The Solution Architect plays a critical role in shaping and delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions with strong emphasis on Revenue Cloud and Media & Entertainment industry needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead design and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
Guide Media clients in ad sales, digital subscriptions, and content licensing workflows.
Conduct Revenue Cloud–focused fit-gap analysis.
Architect scalable CPQ/Billing/subscription lifecycle solutions.
Produce solution design and technical documentation.
Lead Build/Test/Review cycles.
Deliver end-user and admin training.
Revenue Cloud Expertise (CPQ, Billing & Subscription Management):
Advanced CPQ configuration, pricing rules, guided selling.
Salesforce Billing processes including invoicing and revenue recognition.
Subscription lifecycle architecture including amendments and renewals.
Cross-cloud integrations and monetization best practices.
Media & Entertainment Industry Qualifications:
Ad sales workflows across linear, digital, and programmatic channels.
Digital subscriptions and membership models.
Content licensing and rights management.
Audience, subscriber, and advertiser 360‑view architectures.
Media revenue operations modernization and integrations.
Role Requirements:
8+ years consulting experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
5+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
3+ years Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) experience.
Media & Entertainment industry expertise.
Salesforce Certifications Required; Revenue Cloud preferred but not limited to.
Functional and technical Salesforce expertise.
Experience with user‑centered design.
Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain.
