The Salesforce Solution Architect – Revenue Cloud is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across the Salesforce Revenue Cloud ecosystem, including CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management. This role partners with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to architect end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices. The architect ensures optimal solution design, system integration, and data architecture while guiding implementation teams through complex Revenue Cloud transformations.

Job Description Lead the solution architecture and design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations, including CPQ, Billing, Advanced Approvals, and Subscription Management. Design and oversee end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) architecture, covering product catalog, pricing strategies, quoting, contract lifecycle, billing, invoicing, and revenue management. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable architecture and solution designs. Define and document solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, and system flows between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, Finance, and billing platforms. Provide architectural guidance for product catalog design, pricing frameworks, discounting strategies, and subscription lifecycle management. Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and performance optimization guidelines. Lead technical design reviews and guide development teams during configuration, customization, and integrations. Work with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and Product teams to align system capabilities with business processes. Support data migration strategies, environment planning, and deployment strategies across Salesforce environments. Mentor team members including business analysts, developers, and consultants on Revenue Cloud architecture and best practices.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
