Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced
Salesforce Architect
with deep expertise in
Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
to lead enterprise-scale implementations and drive revenue transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for defining architecture strategy, leading technical design, and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem while delivering scalable, high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities 1. Architecture & Solution Design
Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging:
Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud Sales Cloud Experience Cloud
Architect scalable
Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
and
Lead-to-Revenue
processes. Define integration architecture across ERP systems, billing platforms, tax engines, and payment gateways. Ensure governance, security, data integrity, and optimal system performance.
2. Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud
Lead full lifecycle implementations of
Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud . Design and implement complex:
Product bundling and configuration rules Pricing strategies and discounting models Multi-currency and multi-entity environments Subscription lifecycle management
Build advanced approval workflows and revenue recognition integrations. Implement automation for renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle management.
3. Sales Cloud
Architect and optimize enterprise sales processes, including:
Lead and opportunity management Forecasting and territory management Pipeline visibility and reporting
Implement automation using
Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Enable AI-driven insights using
Salesforce Einstein
capabilities.
4. Experience Cloud
Design and implement partner and customer portals using
Experience Cloud . Develop secure data sharing models and role hierarchies. Enable self-service capabilities such as quoting, order tracking, and case management. Optimize user experience and performance for external users.
5. Integration & Technical Leadership
Define and implement API-led integration strategies (REST/SOAP, middleware). Work with platforms such as
MuleSoft
or other integration tools. Lead DevOps strategy including CI/CD, version control, and scratch org management. Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices. Mentor developers and administrators, providing technical leadership.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall CRM experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce architecture roles. 3+ years of hands-on experience with:
Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud
Strong expertise in
Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration frameworks . Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Deep understanding of
Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
processes.
