We are currently hiring a
Seasonal Sales Associate
for the upcoming season. If you enjoy working with people and creating a welcoming, high‑quality guest experience, we’d love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate has relevant experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology. This position reports to the Spa & Retail Supervisor and plays a key role in supporting both spa operations and retail sales.
Responsibilities
Answering phones and assisting guests
Checking in guests for spa services
Answering guest questions and providing excellent service
Compensation & Schedule
Starting at
$18.00–$19.00
per hour, depending on experience.
Commission
on spa product sales
Seasonal, part‑time position
(April through mid‑September)
Must be available weekdays and weekends
Perks While seasonal staff are not eligible for health insurance and other benefits, this position includes great perks such as access to Ranch amenities (fitness centers, pools, hot tubs, and sport courts), complimentary golf, and discounts at restaurants, retail outlets, and the spa.
All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
