Position Overview
Black Butte Ranch Spa & Retail team is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate for the upcoming season (March‑September). This role focuses on delivering a high‑quality customer experience while supporting spa services and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet guests.
Perform guest check‑in for spa services.
Ring retail purchases.
Book spa appointments.
Assist with retail inventory.
Answer guest questions.
Qualifications
Some relevant retail or hospitality experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to learn new technology quickly.
Availability for a few days per week and weekends.
Compensation & Benefits Pay $18/hr plus commission on spa product sales; seasonal, part‑time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for health insurance, but receive ranch amenities access, including fitness centers, sport courts, pools, hot tubs, free golf, and discounts at restaurants, retail outlets, and spa.
All offers are contingent on successful completion of a background check.
