Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time)
Compensation $12.00 – $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.

Qualifications
Results‑oriented seller with a proven track record.
Demonstrated sense of care in written and verbal communication.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Open to a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and punctual arrival to work.
Experience working 4 hours per month during slower periods up to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
Reliable and able to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
