Compensation
Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr
Commission:
$15 per Show
$20 per Sold
After 90 days: $25 per Show and $25 per Sold
Earnings typically align with the National BDC average of $38,000-$55,000+ annually, depending on performance.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries
Set sales and service appointments and follow up to ensure high show rates
Re‑engage missed and no‑show customers
Contact customers regarding current marketing incentives
Provide product information and highlight key features
Maintain organized follow‑up through CRM to encourage repeat and referral business
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications
Strong computer and communication skills
Call Center or high‑volume phone experience preferred
Automotive experience helpful but not required
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check
