
Wholesale Sales Associate

We are looking to hire a full-time Wholesale Sales Assistant for DNAM Brands.
In this role, you will support the Sales team in managing accounts and driving smooth wholesale operations across our portfolio of iconic brands including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. Working closely with Sales and Merchandising, you will assist with order processing, client communications, reporting, and day‑to‑day account management to help maintain strong retailer relationships. This role is highly detail‑oriented and collaborative, supporting a fast‑paced, wholesale‑driven environment where organization, accuracy, and follow‑through are essential.
The Wholesale Sales Assistant plays a key role in ensuring accounts and orders are managed efficiently, deadlines are met, and internal teams and retail partners remain aligned. Some travel may be required.
You must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered for this position.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in wholesale, sales support, or fashion operations
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Clear communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Proficiency in Excel and order management systems
Responsibilities
Support the wholesale sales team with daily account management
Process orders, manage reorders, and track deliveries
Maintain line sheets, pricing, and wholesale documentation
Assist with market appointments, trade shows, and presentations
Communicate with buyers and internal teams on order status
