The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026. Our spring season takes place during the months of May and June. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations).
Qualifications
Open availability during our season (specifically the first two weekends of May)
Valid driver's license and comfortable driving on highways
Provide own means of transportation to our office
Freshman, sophomore or junior in college preferably
Open to traveling for extended periods of time
Reliable and responsible
Discipline to wake up early
Stamina to work consecutively long days
Organizational skills
Effective member of a team
Contribute towards sales goals
Positive attitude throughout the day
Adaptability and flexibility
Outgoing and personable
Comfortable interacting and communicating with high volumes of people throughout the days

Responsibilities
Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at commencements
Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site
Financial
Hourly pay of $16/hour
Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals
