The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026.
For our upcoming Spring 2026 season, we have work available:
Month of May/June - May 15-17 are mandatory.
Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations). Check-out our company IG! instagram.com/commencementgroupjobs
Preferred Qualifications:
Open availability during our busiest times (busiest weekends: May and June, May 15-17 are mandatory.)
Valid driver's license
Provide own means of transportation to our warehouse (15600 S Avalon Blvd)
Freshman, sophomore or junior in college
Open to traveling for extended periods of time
Reliable and responsible
Discipline to wake up earlyStamina to work consecutively long days
Organizational and multi-tasking skills
Effective member of a team
Contribute towards sales goals
Positive attitude throughout the day; outgoing and personable
Adaptability and flexibility
Comfortable interacting and communicating with high volumes of people throughout the days
Articulate and persuasive
Uphold the highest professional standard
Driven and motivated
Responsibilities:
Traveling throughout our regions to sell various commemorative items at commencements
Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site
Financial:
Hourly pay of $18/hour
Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals
Additional bonus for referrals
