What You’ll Be Doing

Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.

Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.

Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution.

Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.

Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.

Access the potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.

Engage with the community outside the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.

Benchmarks for Success Earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in individual‑based commissions if you hit all sales goals. Top performers can earn an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, potentially reaching a total annual income of $65,000+ to $73,500+.

What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance)

Openness to pick up additional shifts for higher income, especially during summer, November‑December, and peak vacation periods

Desired Qualifications

Experience working in a commission‑based environment

Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions

Customer service experience
