Experienced Automotive Sales Associate
We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at Starling Chevrolet - St. Cloud in St. Cloud, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budgets. Provide detailed information about vehicle features and financing options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on new products, incentives, and dealership promotions. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Requirements
Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Clean driving record. FL driver's license.
