Responsibilities
Greet customers and get to know what they need
Show off our cars and answer any questions
Help customers through the buying process smoothly
Keep track of your sales and follow up with customers
Work with the team to make sure everyone’s happy
Requirements
You’ve gotta love cars and enjoy talking to people
Good communication skills are a must
Be comfortable working with a computer
Have a friendly, positive attitude
Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Additional
Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
