
Senior Director of Investor Relations

ADI is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Investor Relations to lead and execute a best‑in‑class investor relations program as ADI builds scale as a newly-independent public company. This role will serve as a primary external interface with the investment community, shaping and communicating ADI’s equity story while ensuring consistency, credibility, and compliance across all investor communications.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive Investor Relations experience, a well‑established network across the investment community, including deep relationships across the buy‑side and sell‑side, and extensive experience managing contracts, disclosures, and external engagement frameworks. This leader will work closely with executive leadership to position ADI’s strategy, financial performance, and long‑term value creation clearly and confidently.
This leader will be expected to leverage industry credibility and market connectivity to proactively position ADI with current and prospective investors, enhance market understanding of the company’s strategy, and support long‑term shareholder value creation. The ideal candidate will bring a well‑established network across the investment community, including deep, trusted relationships with long‑only institutional investors, hedge funds, sell‑side analysts, and capital markets advisors.
JOB DUTIES: Investor Engagement & External Communications
Serve as ADI’s primary point of contact for institutional investors and analysts
Lead preparation and delivery of earnings calls, investor presentations, roadshows, conferences, and Investor Day events
Act as ADI’s primary liaison with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), managing ongoing exchange relationships, supporting listing requirements, and coordinating activities related to earnings announcements and other market visibility opportunities
Maintain and expand a robust network of buy‑side and sell‑side relationships, including portfolio managers, analysts, corporate access teams, and banking partners, with the ability to proactively generate investor interest and engagement
Cultivate long‑term, trust‑based relationships with key shareholders and prospective investors, ensuring consistent access, transparency, and responsiveness
Proactively communicate ADI’s financial performance, strategy, and outlook with clarity and consistency
Strategy & Messaging
Partner with the executive team to develop and refine ADI’s investor narrative and long‑term value proposition
Translate complex financial, operational, and strategic initiatives into clear, compelling messaging for the investment community
Continuously monitor and assess investor sentiment, analyst models, peer performance, and market trends to inform leadership decision‑making
Contracts, Governance & Compliance
Lead and manage contracts related to investor relations activities, including external advisors, communications firms, data providers, and conference organizers
Ensure all IR communications and disclosures comply with SEC regulations, Reg FD, and internal governance standards
Support disclosure committee processes and coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Communications on material events and disclosures
Internal Partnership & Leadership
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on investor perspectives and capital markets implications
Coordinate cross‑functionally with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Communications to ensure alignment and accuracy
Build scalable IR processes, calendars, and reporting infrastructure appropriate for a growing public company
Serve as an internal conduit for market intelligence, bringing forward relevant investor feedback and industry insights to inform strategy and communications
This role will also serve as a critical partner to Strategic Communications, ensuring alignment between investor messaging, corporate positioning, media engagement, and broader external communications
YOU MUST HAVE:
10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, equity research, investment banking, or a related capital markets role
Demonstrated success engaging with institutional investors and sell‑side analysts across multiple market cycles
Established relationships across institutional investors, research analysts, and capital markets intermediaries, with the ability to open doors and drive sustained engagement
Extensive experience managing IR‑related contracts, external vendors, and advisory relationships
Strong understanding of public company disclosure requirements, SEC filings, and governance best practices
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
Proven ability to operate with discretion, judgment, and credibility at the executive and Board level
