8–10 years of experience in product management, marketing, or market research for B2B or B2C consumer products Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (MBA a plus) Proven experience leading new product development and lifecycle management for technology or durable goods Strong analytical, strategic, and financial modeling abilities Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments Ability to travel 5–10% as needed Preferred Background & Skills
Experience with ERP and CRM systems Familiarity with design thinking and end-to-end product development for branded portfolios Excellent presentation and communication skills Data analysis and visualization experience for product and market insight Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of product innovation roadmaps for multiple brands Analyze industry trends, user insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Guide cross-functional teams and external partners in product design and development Conduct market research, synthesize data, and define business cases for new products Present strategic recommendations and updates to senior leadership and business teams Oversee product lifecycle management, including pricing, launch strategy, and ongoing enhancements Partner with marketing and sales to ensure successful go-to-market execution and support This is a dynamic role for a driven leader passionate about creating exceptional products and experiences.
