
Commercial Insurance Producer - Outside Sales (high commission)

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a self-starter, entrepreneurial outside sales rep who thrives on building relationships in the field. This is NOT a traditional desk job. You’ll be out meeting business owners, property managers, contractors, and decision-makers—building a book of business you control. (60-day ramp-up salary bonus provided during ramp up period)

What You’ll Do
Generate new commercial insurance business (BOP, General Liability, Commercial Auto, etc.)
Work the field—visit businesses, meet prospects, and develop relationships
Follow up on 20–30 warm leads/week from our marketing campaigns
Create and maintain your own pipeline by generating new leads independently
Close deals and position yourself as a trusted advisor
Build a book of business that generates long-term renewal income
What You Bring
Strong B2B outside sales experience (insurance experience helpful but not required)
Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations
Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Organized and able to manage a growing pipeline
Valid TX Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain
