Internet Sales Representative
to join our team. This is a performance‑based role for individuals who are competitive, accountable and thrive in a high energy sales environment. As an Internet Sales Representative, you will handle all incoming internet leads, work directly with our BDC team and take full ownership of your customer – from initial contact to final sale.

Schedule:
Must have availability from Monday – Saturday, 8AM – 8:30 PM and Sunday’s from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Two days off during the week.
Core Responsibilities
Respond to internet leads quickly and efficiently
Take ownership of your leads from initial contact through after‑sale
Maintain daily CRM and proven Internet Process
Work directly with BDC time to manage customer database
Serve as a customer and dealership advocate while driving results
Meeting required performance expectations (units and closing %)
Basic Requirements
Previous experience in Sales or a similar role is preferred
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Strong communication skills
Competitive, goal‑driven mindset
High level of accountability for performance and results
Ability to thrive in a healthy competitive performance‑driven culture
Organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
